-Excel is used in business, simplifies graphing, tables data


-Excel is a means of visualising data
-Excel plots the points on a graph for you
-Excel is used for businesses such as accounting, sales managing, trading.
Vocabulary

-One sheet is called a worksheet; a worksheet is literally a page, nameable

-One document is called a workbook

-Name Box (Top Left) it tells you which cell is being used and where it is

-Top Menu Bar (this is kind of obvious)

-Workspace (The space you're typing in)

-Formula Bar, where you put formulas to calculate total, avg. and do many other things

-Toolbar (again obvious)
