1.1) The HHI shall manage the total work effort associated with the services
required herein to assure fully adequate and timely completion of these
services.
1.2) Work control: HHI shall implement all necessary work control procedures
to ensure timely accomplishment of work requirements, as well as to
permit tracking of work in progress.
Base on the statement above there is no quota for the trip of three (3) trucks rented
by HHI to Saudi Bin Noora Group per day and the work control for the trip is HHI.

It means there is no any additional amounts need to add or pay by HHI to Saudi Bin
Noora Group regarding the services rendered by him.
