The Corporations Act (CA) may be used but only if your legislation satisfies the
requirements as per the UILG as to acceptable marking. All copies of the CA will be
inspected.

Instructions:

Ensure your family name and your given names and your student number and your seminar
details are on this question paper and on the multiple choice answer sheet.

2. The supervisor will indicate when answering may commence.

4. No student may leave the exam room in the last 10 minutes. If you remain until the end of the test,
please remain seated until everything has been collected by a supervisor.
5. The test paper is in 5 parts. Part A is case law testing (2.5marks), Part B is CA/RR testing (2.5
marks), Part C is 10 multiple choice questions (5 marks), Part D is two short answers (5 marks
total) and Part E is an essay (5 marks).
6. Answer the multiple choice questions by filling in the appropriate 0 on the answer sheet. If you
wish to change your answer, erase it. Do not cross it out. It is recommended that you use pencil.
7. The multiple choice answer sheet is the last page of this paper. Detach this answer sheet
before completing your answers.
8. When you have finished the test, place the multiple choice answer sheet inside this question
paper. Ensure your name, student number and other details as required appear on all documents.
