Narrative

The above listed subject was issued tickets for the above listed
charges after patrol observed the vehicle he was operating fail
to turn as required while traveling North on Market Street at the
intersection of Sandstone Drive. A traffic stop was initiated on
Leroy Street and the operator was found to be intoxicated. A
DMV check of Barleys NY State Drivers License revealed his
driving privileges to be suspended. Barley was transported back
to PPD where he submitted to a chemical test which revealed
him to have a BAC of .28%.
