History has many approaches:

Leftist approach: In this approach the ideas of Marxist has been given more focus.
Nationalist approach: It shows an awareness of the exploitive characters of the
foreign rules.
Imperialistic approach: It shows the benefit of the imperialism.
These points makes it clear that Indian history is always subjected to different
approaches and this sometimes results in distortion of the facts also. Being in a
board of history textbook for schools will make me prone to many challenges. My
first challenge will be to provide non distorted information to the students reading
the textbook. It is evident that the ruling government sometimes tries to take
