Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing this letter of recommendation for Lynn Richards-Pollock,
whom I have known for over 20 years as a friend, mother, organic
vegetable farmer and Beekeeper. I also know her on a professional
level as a member of the planning board, National Honor Society
Advisor and Rangeley School employee.
I admire Lynn for her generosity, as she is known throughout the
community as a giver. Whether donating vegetable baskets for the
host families during the Spanish Exchange Program, working tirelessly
as a volunteer fire fighter, or helping a community member walk
through a computer issue she is always willing to lend a hand to
those in need.
On a professional level, Lynn works very well under pressure. As the
Technology Director of a K-12 school, Lynn works alone in her
department and under a mountain of responsibilities. She manages to
keep her cool under some of the most stressful situations and is able to
communicate effectively with students, staff, administration and
parents.
I am confident that Lynn will make the perfect candidate for this
position, as she takes pride in everything she does and is determined
to settle for nothing short of excellence.
