If the parties fail to execute the Subcontract within such period, Chiyoda-Almana reserves the right to cancel this Letter of Intent at any time at Chiyoda~Almana’s absolute discretion, and upon receipt of Chiyoda-Almana’s written notice of cancellation, SUBCONTRACTOR shall discontinue the Work. However, in such case, SUBCONTRACTOR shall be reimbursed for all reasonable and duly substantiated costs and expenses actually incurred for the Work up to the date of termination: 6.
