Some say that because Romans 10:8-18 quotes Isaiah 28:16 and Joel 2:32 which both refer

to YHWH, and in Romans

10 it says Jesus is Lord/Kurios, then Jesus as Lord is also Jesus as YHWH.
Romans also quotes Deuteronomy 13:14, Isaiah 51:1, 52:7 and Psalms 19:4
Isaiah 28:16 therefore thus says the LORD God.....
..... Whoever believes will not be in haste
Romans 10:13 everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved

There is also an in depth thirty page analysis of the differences and similarities between LORD/YHWH/Jehovah,
Lord/Adonay, Lord/Adown, and Lord/Kurios which includes a look at Isaiah 28:16 and its meaning. The study shows
that only the God of the universe is called YHWH/LORD. In the OT people were called Lord/Adonay and they were
called Lord/Adown. YHWH God was also called Lord/Adonay and Lord/Adown. In the NT God, people, and Jesus
were called Lord/Kurios. What has happened is that because of the inter use of some of these terms people have
mistakenly understood Jesus and God to be exactly the same Lord. This study shows that this theory is incorrect and
that Jesus is Lord but he is not God, and he is not YHWH which is God.

fact it shows how because Jesus is Lord he is not God!
