countries in raw materials, many of
which are significant inputs for an
industrial economy.

Russia accounts for around 20

percent of the world's production of
oil and natural gas and possesses
large reserves of both fuels.

Russia possesses rich reserves of

iron ore, manganese, chromium,
nickel, platinum, titanium, copper,
tin, lead, tungsten, diamonds,

making enemies.

He doing a bad jobs keeping up

PRESIDENT

Russia Day is celebrated on June

12. This marks the day in 1990
that the Russian parliament
formally declared Russian
sovereignty from the USSR,
according to the School of
Russian and Asian Studies.

tales that derive from a number
of Slavic myths and traditions,
according to de Rossi.

TRADITION

Roads were one of the least-used forms of

transportation in the Soviet Union, a characteristic
that has continued in the Russian Federation. Soviet
industry placed little emphasis on the production of
automobiles and other modes of personal transport,
and the privately owned vehicle was a relatively rare
phenomenon; therefore, the demand for road
construction was small.

In 1992 Russia's railroads accounted for 253,000

passenger-kilometers, and by 1994 the total had
dropped to 227,000 passenger-kilometers.

Maritime transportation plays an important role in

Russian transit, but the country's geography and
climate limit the capacity of shipping.

In 1990 the monopoly service of Aeroflot, the Soviet

Union's state-owned airline, accounted for 22
percent of the total distance passengers traveled, a
proportion comparable with the proportion of travel
on the airlines of the United States and Canada.

The rich are getting richer in Russia while the

poor are staying the same despite
rising living standards, according to statistics.
Russia ranks second in the world for the
number of dollar billionaires it has: an
estimated 97 up from 80 in 2011. And
these 97 mostly men own $380bn (236bn).
The rich have continued to grow richer while
the poor have stayed more or less in the
same position.
The riches get to stay in mansion filled with
maids, services, luxurious rooms while the
poverty are staying outside living on streets,
have no moneys and jobs, and especially no
shelters to live in.

DIFFERENCE
BETWEEN RICHES
AND POOR

Unemployment slid to 4.9 percent in May from 5.3 percent a

month earlier, the Federal Statistics Service in Moscow said
today in an e-mailed statement.
I wouldnt say the unemployment rates is bad but I mean
though the problems that it is going up, so if it keep going up it
can cause a bad future for russia.

UNEMPLOYMENT RATES

The countries Russia have a

corruptions of 33.3% on the
Transparency International Charts
of 2014.

Poorly equipped schools,

counterfeit medicine and elections
decided by money are just some of
the consequences of public sector
corruption. Bribes and backroom
deals dont just steal resources
from the most vulnerable they
undermine justice and economic
development, and destroy public
trust in government and leaders.

For an overview of its very complex history in the twentieth century

see Sorok let Sovetskoi Gosudartvennoi Bibliografii (1920-1960)
(Moscow: Vsesoiuznaia Knizhnaia Palata, 1960) or Thomas Whitby
and Tanja Lorkovic's Introduction to Soviet National Bibliography

For the prerevolutionary period N. V. Zdobnov's article

"Gosudarstvennaia bibliograficheskaia registratsiia pri tsarizme"
(Sovetskaia bibliografiia, No. 4, 1935, pp. 75-96) provides an
excellent discussion of the depository law and the development of
Russia's national bibliography in the nineteenth century

Such a definition for national bibliography will include some sources

that were not official government publications for certain periods.
