SC TRAVEL SA is a travel agency who operates since 2010 in more


than 10 countries. We are looking for a Human resources generalist. As
an employee of TRAVEL SA you may choose to have a flexible
schedule, with the possibility to work full time or part time according to
your availability. We also provide an attractive package (salary, health

In order to be successful in this position, you need to have up to 3
years of experience in a similar position, you need excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written and to be able to
communicate clearly and precisely. Other job requirements also include
excellent administration skills, multy-tasking abilities and prioritizing
your work according to the business needs . Good operating skills in
Microsoft Excel are a must too.
As a Human resources generalist, you will be responsible for the
recruitment process (staff positions and involvement in direct
productive positions), following all the necessary steps towards
idetifying, selecting, hiring and guiding new employees. You will also be
responsible for employee relations, by answering general questions
and inquiries for a variety of Human resources related topics. You will
have to maintain internal detabases, as well as specific reports in
accordance with the requirements of Human Resource managament
and staff.
