constitution
-Due to many
restrictions, some
countries are fading
away from democratic
viewpoints so if all of
Latin America came
together like a union
they could keep
democratic morals.
-Make a definite

-If they made the laws
they do have more
specific; they would not
run into problems at
court and those who are
innocent will not be
detained.
-Make definite positions
of power in the court
system so there is no
unbalance.
-Adopt a code of
criminal procedure.
-Adopt a code of

-Hire more prison
employees and train
them properly.

-Make more prisons to

avoid overcrowding.
-Train the police to
avoid police brutality.
-Have a better hiring
process so the police do
not fall for bribes.
