Leading non-profit organization in

Mercer County, NJ.
Providing Community Based living for people with intellectual and
developmental disabilities.
Key Areas:
To protect, promote and supervise the health, safety and well-being of
consumers.
Oversee daily program operations and scheduling to include the assigning of
staff and scheduling of consumers with recreational and community activities.
Respond to program emergencies
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule to meet the needs of the program
Develop, implement and monitor IHPs.
Monitor all aspects of medication administration
Abide by DDD licensing regulations. Supervise staff payroll.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess a valid drivers license.
Requirements:
Must have 2 years of college and a minimum of 2 years experience in a related
field or High School diploma and 4 years experience in a related field.
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
Ability to be vigilant in meeting consumer needs and desires.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Background check required.
