    TERMS & CONDITIONS


    1) The procurement of the above-listed goods shall be governed by R.A. 9184 and other
    pertinent Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) Resolutions.
    2) The amount offered by the supplier/contractor for the goods must not exceed the
    Approved Budget for the Contract.
    3) The offer must be valid for fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt.
    4) The suppliers must be within Cotabato City and Central Mindanao or nearby cities such as
    Davao and General Santos.

    5) Can deliver the services within seventy two (72) hours from demand of the procuring
    entity.
