ANDRAGOGY AND PEDAGOGY

This paper offers the differences between this two terms Pedagogy and Andragogy, and the
best way to develop each one. Platon was the first to give us an idea about Pedagogy is, but
years later Malcolm Knowles gave to us the theory about adult education. New methods
were determinate to found the corrected way to teach, and the easy way to learn for
children and adults.

3. How does an online format liberate and limit approaches to pedagogy?
Engage and challenge students in exciting new ways.
4. Which elements of pedagogy are likely to be the most challenging for me as an
instructor?
The most challenging for me will be to be clear with the students, and do my best
for their focus on student success.
5. How can I work with my colleagues to strengthen my teaching?
Everything depends of the positive attitude, and share the experiences that everyone
has in classroom to find a good strategies.

Internet, books and my portfolio teacher with most experiences than me.

Believe adults learn best independently and by drawing on life experiences.
2. What is the proper balance between instructor guidance and student leadership?
The instructions to teach and the best way to learn.
3. How can I clearly communicate to students that I expect them to be leaders?
Trust them.
4. How can I relate my assignments and assessments more to my students life
experiences?
Know them.
5. How can I create experiential learning opportunities in my online courses?
