SEC. 141. LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR

THE DIVESTMENT OR TRANSFER OF KC10

AIRCRAFT.

None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by

6 this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2016

7 for the Air Force may be obligated or expended during
8 such fiscal year to divest or transfer, or prepare to divest
9 or transfer, KC10 aircraft.
