TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

On Behalf of AIESEC in Bahrain, this is an endorsement for Ahmad
AlSharif on his aspiration to be part of American University of Cyprus.
I met Ahmad since August 2010, when he applied for the position of
vice-president of incoming exchanges in our local chapter AIESEC in
Skheer, which develops youth activities and targets around 20000
students in the kingdom to develop leadership skills and intercultural
understanding in a global environment1.
Ahmad always showed his creativity and new ideas towards the
development of the organization. His ability to lead a team under
challenging environments made him develop his entrepreneurial outlook,
social responsibility and proactive learning. Those qualities allow him to
undertake challenges that the university might have for him.
In terms of execution, I can highlight his communication skills and his
capacity plant new ideas and get followers, a crucial ability for the
impact he can bring to the society after his studies.
To finish, I wish Ahmad great success on the journey he is starting.
