Contingency / back up plans

After editing the

footage that I have so
far I feel that I need a
bit more to put in, so
I discuss with Guy
when he will film
next and what he will
be doing.

He understands what
I want him to do and
is fine with it, we
have agreed to film
on the 2nd June.

The production will aim to be filmed on the 15th May, but should
something not work out the way it should, there will be an opportunity to
reshoot the production on the 18th May. After the 18th May there will be no
allocated time for reshooting and so anything done will cut into the editing
scheduling.

Detail how you solved problems

Problem

Solved

Camera runs out of battery

Bring extra batteries

One of the actors cant make it.

Have a backup day to film on where they

can com

One of the locations is blocked

off/unavailable

Have a similar location that we can use and

shoot at.

Modifications (Why did you modify your work and what was changed
during post-production)
Modified

How

Why

Location Change

Changed from shooting by

the train station to shooting
by the river

I felt that the location did not

cater well enough for what I
wanted to do, I also thought
that it was to open to the
public while filming by the
river provided more privacy
for filming.
