Early on Saturday morning in May, the yachts were sailing o as the GTM Research

Reserve St. Johns County 4-H Marine Ecology Club, better known as Saint Augustine
Swordfish, were diving in! With the first place team prize money from the Marine
Ecology Event, the senior and intermediate groups decided to take a Try-Diving
lesson with their winnings.

Reserve volunteer and 4-H leader Janet Koehler, along with Saint Johns county 4-H
agent Julia Kelley, proudly watched over the troop as they took to the water. Senior and
second place winner Cybill Winkle explained that being a part of the 4-H Marine
Ecology Club has helped her connect with people vital to her future endeavors in
micro-biology.

The prize money was funded by the Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation. For more
