    G.O.D.s Youth Group will be attending the Juneteenth Community
    Empowerment Festival Downtown Rocky Mount
    Juneteenth is the oldest known celebration commemorating the
    ending of slavery in the United States.
    There will be music, including live jazz at the Booker T Theatre,
    cultural activities, food, vendors and more on the Douglas Block.
    Van seating is limited and you must sign your child up to participate.
    To sign up go to www.godsyouthgroup.weebly.com chose About
    complete the entire registration form. In the comment area please
    place Juneteenth and add your childs date of birth. Children may
    bring food. No food will be provided. Permission forms can be found
    on the website under the About tab. Children may bring money for
    individual purchases.
