Strawberry-Mango

Salsa



This colorful salsa scoops up nicely
with baked cinnamon-sugar pita

chips, but it can also freshen


up grilled fish or chicken.

Ingredients
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 diced peeled ripe mango
cup finely chopped orange bell pepper
2 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 teaspoon grated fresh orange rind
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 teaspoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Let stand at least 10 minutes before serving, or cover and chill
until ready to serve. Serves 4.
