May 5, 2015
I. Call to order
Belle Stucker called to order the regular meeting of the Rolling
Clovers 4 H business meeting on May 5, 2015 at 5:30p in conference
room of the house of hope...
II. Pledges
Jessie Ruble led the group in meeting pledges
III. Roll call
Roll Call conducted on a sheet in entrance. There were approx.. 20
people, student and parent participants, in attendance. Due to online
posting of minutes, names are only listed on roster in business
binder.
IV. Approval of minutes from last meeting
Last minutes were read by Brenden Stucker and are also available
online. Minutes are kept by secretary in binder.
V. Treasurers Report
Alexis Dempler read the treasurers report. We currently have no
balance in the Clover account. We are waiting for farmers market to
pick up so we can deposit some money into the account.
VI. Open/New business
Business was made short in this meeting because we were in
a conference room awaiting our guide to give tour, so we
went ahead and covered a few items.
a) Discussed dates up coming;

Approved for farmers market

We need $100 dollars to start our account

Left over market items will go to HOH

Flock test kits were ordered but not received yet

We also have not heard back from Lil Kings farm yet.

We got the club shirts for $9.00 each

IV. Open Floor

a) Parents asked questions on dates and applications
b) Nathan presented his survival pack
VII. Adjournment
Christie Stucker adjourned the meeting at 6:15p so we could move on
to our tour and field trip.
