DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

That I ROLANDO B. PIEDROS, of legal age and a resident of Purok 5 Caramcam

District, Mangagoy, Bislig City, for and in consideration of seventy four thousand pesos
(P74,000.00) phil currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledge to me in hand paid by Noel
Tulang Pilapil, married to Ginalyn R. Pilapil, both of legal age and also a resident of Purok 5,
Caramcam Distrcit, Mangagoy, Bislig City, by these present SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and
CONVEY unto Mr. & Mrs. Noel T. Pilapil their heirs and assigns my residential building briefly
describe as follows:
1. 2 Storey residential building built of mix wooden and concrete materials and roofed with G.I.
Sheets.
That I am the legitimate owner of the said property and I am ready to defend and warrant the
right of the buyer should third party may interpose objection on it.
In witness whereof, we hereby set our hands this 10 th day of June 2015 at Purok 5,
Caramcam District, Mangagoy, Bislig City.
