will be divided into groups. Each group will be responsible

creating the front page of a newspaper published during
revolutionary times using the material covered in
Chapter 4 Sections 1 and 2 - pages 112 -121 in the
textbook. This project will require you to reread
section 1 and read section 2 to be sure you are
including the most important information from the
sections.

Each newspaper must have at least 5 headline

stories, a clearly printed title, an edition date
that
fits with the material included in the articles, and 1
photo
that accompanies a story. Your 5 headline stories MAY
NOT
include letters to the editor, sports, or weather reports.
However you may include these things as extras in your paper. Be sure to
include your name (as author) next to the stories that you have written.
You will be given class time today (Tuesday) and tomorrow (Wednesday) to
work on the Newspaper. The final copy is due no later than Friday 1/23/14.
