I think all my activities helped

me to know my strengths and
my areas of growth. For example
Increased awareness of your own
volleyball showed me that I had
strengths and areas for growth
to work on my resistance
because I got tired after each
match.

Volleyball: Because I did not new

how to play and what the rules
were, so this was like taking a
new challenge.

CAS Henry Davis: This is because

we had to plan to what we were
going to do when we went to this
place and the activities we were
supposed to do with the children
