Prerequisites
1. Customer ID is already exist.
2. User should have proper authorization to extend the customer to the required Sales Area.
3. Reference Customer set up is already exist with Mandatory Data like Recon Account, Customer
Group, Pricing Group, Tax data etc

Procedure

Business Partner Extension for Service & Spares

Business Scenario:
Assuming the Vehicle Purchased at Popular (L001) with Customer ID 2093 is coming for service at Rajesh
Motors (L029). Customer has to be extended to Service Channel at L029 by the authorized person at the
dealer site.
BP Extension:
T.Code: ZBPX (Business Partner Extension)

Enter the Organization details in the Pop-up and Execute

Ensure the Org details and Reference Customer (In this case it is L029) are correct. Enter the Customer
ID, to be extended, in the Pop-up:

to continue.

Validate the Customer Data that displayed in the Pop-Up.

to save (extend) the Customer. This system will prompt the success message.
