Researching market trends and running competitive analysis of similar IEP programs, developing
analytics and marketing reports, renewing with advertisers and managing payment schedules, and
keeping current files and records.
Managing multiple online profiles and print campaigns, creating a new eBrochure with a third party
design company as well as a new print brochure, helping design and write a weekly newsletter, writing
and posting to our social media campaigns, and assisting with the Tutoriums new website migration
including editing the copy and content.
Interviewing for my replacement and training the new assistant, responding to individual email inquiries
from perspective students, advising them on immigration, visa status, housing, and life in Chicago.

Weebly, all social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, video and more.
When trip directing, I act as a liaison between our clients, their attendees, and program managers in
unfamiliar, international environments. I help run and organize multiple functions throughout the trip and
assist with travel logistics.
I wrote bi-weekly, full-page lifestyle articles (350-600 words) for the largest English-speaking newspaper in
Phuket.
I also did my own photography and editing (2-5 photos per spread).

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
IEP Instructor, substitute
I served as a co-teacher at first, collaborating with other level instructors, and eventually taking over all
teaching of a multi-cultural intermediate IEP classroom of 13 students. The class met 10 hours a week for
13 weeks.
I also developed materials and created all lesson plans for the entire semester, assisted with creating
assessment materials, managing our classs Blackboard site, all grading, including listening, speaking
and grammar exams. During this time I also attended all staff meetings and development sessions.

I produced weekly lesson plans and taught intermediate and advanced-level IEP students in grades 5
and 6. I was also able to help train new EFL teachers and assist the director with developing the
curriculum for the fifth and sixth graders. During my time at Darasamuth, I was also a one-on-one tutor
and mentor for learners struggling with fluency, phonetics, and literacy in general.
