Cartofii se fierb in coaja 20 de minute.Cand sunt gata,se curata de coaja,se taie in 2 si se scobesc cu o lingurita la mijloc. Ceapa o taiem feliute subtiri si o calim impreuna cu bacon-ul (taiat fasiute).Adaugam sare si piper.Cand sunt gata le scurgem de ulei si le scoatem pe o farfurie. Se amesteca apoi toate cu parmezanul ras,marar si smantana. Inainte sa umplem cartofii,ii ungem cu putin unt. Cu o lingurita, punem umplutura in fiecare cartof si ii asezam intr-o tava unsa cu unt. Se dau la cuptor si cu 15 min inainte sa fie gata,scoatem tava si punem deasupra fiecarui cartof cate o feliuta de bacon.Se baga iar la cuptor si spre sfarsit mai punem si cate o feliuta de cascaval pe fiecare cartof si mai lasam 5 min la cuptor. Ii puteti servi ca si garnitura sau ca atare impreuna cu o salata de vara. Pofta buna!!!
