2015-06-09 State of Israel v Malka et al (28759-05-15) in the J-m District Court

online public records //
-( 28759-05-15) '
The criminal proceedings in State of Israel v Malka are of the highest public policy
significance, since they pertain to serious corruption of the justice system itself. The case is
listed as Open to the Public - not sealed.
However, the online records on the day prior to the first public hearing arraignment show
only one decision in the public Decisions Docket: A May 21, 2015 Decision by Judge Sobel
extending hearing date.
In fact, by June 9, 2015, the court file probably included close to a dozen decisions, which
were hidden from public view.
No public access is permitted to the list of requests and other papers filed by parties, neither
to the indictment.
