PROPOSAL
I am at the end of my last year at college which I have studied Music Tech and
my aim is to form the company and become managing director of Don Dappa
Recordings with the inheritance my great grandmother has left me of 20.000.
So that I am able to achieve my goal I have to buy a log cabin at 2800.00 and
get a carpenter to build the cabin at which will take 2 days to build. I will need
high quality recording equipment that I am able to install myself. I have
listened to Drum and Bass for many years and have decided to make my own
Drum and bass CD. As I am new to the industry I have decided to sell my CD
dealer price at 3.40per CD to shops so to help promote my name selling the
CDs as cheaply as possible, the cost of producing the CD is 45pence. I will need
help with promoting my CD so I will use a reputable A and R(artist and
repertoire) who can advise me on the best way to produce my CD and to
promote my CD at 15% per CD they sell this will help get my CD get promoted.
I will gain extra publicity by putting my recordings on social media sites which
would include Facebook, Twitter and you tube for publicity and ITunes for 99p
