-Think about the types of PA you do and what you eat. The

-Today, we are going to do a relay race where you pair a food

cone, grab a food to refuel, and race back to your team.
-Your team needs to decide on (1) Light PA, (2) Moderate, (2)
Vigorous and you will do this PA as you race.
Transition: Count off by 4's

1's and 3's go to your cones, 2's and 4's go to your cone.
Second Decide among your teammates who will do LPA (1-2), MPA
