1) Prewalk
Teacher had informed the students that there would be another two teachers
observing the class from the outside. During the walk to the class, Pn Loh briefed
Pn Latiffah and Pn Siti Rashidah details of the days lesson.
2) The Walk
Pn Latiffah and Pn Siti Rashidah spent about an hour observing the lesson
conducted by Pn Loh from outside of the classroom.

3) Post Walk
After the lesson was over, the teachers involved gave their views and feedbacks
on the lesson. The feedbacks are as follow:
a) Strength
The lesson had been planned and prepared thoroughly. The level of teaching
materials was manageable and creative. Visual aid at the warmer stage was
used effectively and aroused the students attention. There was also a clear
linkage to the next stages. Teacher was very comfortable and confident in
front of the classroom. Students actively involved and were very interested
throughout the whole lesson.

b) Weakness
Teacher spent too much time at the warmer stage and thus time for the group
discussion had to be reduced. In addition to that, the lesson ended without a
closure. Teacher had not taken time to discuss and reflect on the learning that
had taken place. Teacher needs to improve on her time management.
