The Finance administrator/junior accountant should have a degree in Economics/Finance.

Finance administrator/junior accountant will be responsible for:

Invoicing
Preparing invoices
Collecting data in-house for services and pass-through costs
Administration of pass-through costs
Correspondence with Project managers and customers
Preparation of invoices
Preparing reports
Expenses
Managing incoming invoices
Sending invoices to Accountants
Managing Intercompany expenses, invoicing and reporting
Preparing reports as needed
Travel expenses
Managing Travel orders for employees
Managing petty cash expense reports
Administration of Pass-through costs
Other reports on request
Accounting
Posting invoices
We expect:
Excellent English skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure with accuracy and
meet tight deadlines
Good IT skills ( knowledge of MS Excel is a must)
Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention
to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work in an international matrix environment and to value the
importance of teamwork
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
