Call to Order
A. President, Lynn Christofferson called the meeting to order at 5:25

Approval of Minutes
A. Geraldine Atkinson made a motion to approve the meeting
minutes for April 29, 2015 seconded by Shauna Bake. Approved.

IV.

Schedule of Next Meeting

A. The next meeting is scheduled for June 8, 2015, to finalize the
year after the Alumni Banquet event.

Old Business
A. The lapel pins have been ordered, but we have not heard from
Capriolas.
B. We do have a new life time membership.
C. We received the listing of Officers for the Secretary of States
Office from Mr. Plimptons office. It has been filed.
D. Shauna Bake informed the group that she will not be teaching
the publishing class next year. We will have to contact the High
School next year to find out who will replace her.

A. Shauna Bake also stated that at the Grads Giving Back 5K Race,
the Valedictorians will be there to award the winning race medals
to the recipients.
B. We have one Hall of Fame Candidate this year. The Officers
approved the nomination.
C. New Officers Geraldine stated that she feels it is time for new
officers to take over. We all agreed. We will call for new officer
nominations during the Alumni meeting.
D. One Hundred Year Celebration During the Alumni meeting, we
will also ask for nominations for Chairman for the committee.

Public Comment
A. Shauna Bake suggested a Power Clap during the presentation
of the Generations. It was decided we will do this.
B. Decorating for the Banquet and Ball will be done Friday,
June 5, at 3:00.

A. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at
6:30 p.m.
