ISLLC Standard I-Vision: A school administrator is an educational leader who promotes the success of all
students by facilitating the development, articulation, implementation, and stewardship of a vision of learning
that is shared and supported by the school community.
Goal: Work to ensure that staff understand, share, and collaborate as a team to develop a common vision
of learning to ensure the academic and behavioral success of all students.
