(a) The Medical and Transport expenses will be reimbursed on production of required receipts which
are to be submitted as per the company Policy.
(b) Loyalty Bonus would be paid annually at the end of successful completion of 1 year from the day
of confirmation.
(c) Professional tax and Income tax (TDS) would be applicable and deducted from the above salary
as per the Government norms.
We shall provide 3 Months Intensive training to finally recruit of varied department of our company. For
first three months there would not be any stipend. Next three months training would be at location
assigned to them and they will be paid Food, accommodation and Transportation expenses on actual basis
but on production of required receipts. Final Salary can vary according to their performance.

7. Candidate shall be required to sign 15 Months service bond inclusive of the training period.
8. If candidate leaves in between training period he/she has to pay Rs. 10000/- to the company. The
training cost incurred to the company.
9. If the candidate breaches the bond without any proper notice then he/she has to pay 3 months salary.
10. Candidate has to achieve the work, revenue and performance target which will be allotted to him/her
after completion of his/her probation period. In case of failure of targets action would be taken as per the
company policy.
