You are hereby instructed to stay at head quarters (Kurnool) and
avoid absenting from regular duties without prior permission.
It is being observed that you are not staying in the head quarters
and you are attending to duties travelling from Banaganapalli daily
which is 80 Km away from Kurnool. Instead of regular oral instructions,
continuing the same practice of shuttle from Banaganapalli.
Cell One duties are very crucial to revenue earnings and saving
esteemed BSNL customers. Here day to day works are to be planned
very well in advance to proper execution, every employee should be
available to superiors at all times when ever need arises. But your stay
away from head quarters will depict your attitude towards duties and
habit of absenteeism is showing negative implications in work planning
and execution.
Even though 7 months passed you joining BSNL you are not
acquainted with BSNL duties in general and cellone duties in particular,
not maintaining your service mobile connection +919493798928
shows your reluctance to duties.
Hence you are here by instructed to stay at head quarters
without delay and submit latest head quarters correspondence i.e.
address and service land line phone number within 72 hours of receipt
of this letter. It is also instructed to prior permission must be acquired
before leaving head quarters and for any kind of leave.
Any kind of negligence in duties will be viewed seriously
according to the BSNL CDA rules.

deducted during strike(AIGETOA) period from 22-07-2013 to 08-082013 reg..

I Mr. N Sashil Kumar Reddy, HRMS No 200302412, SDE C1 (O&I),
submit the following few words for kind consideration please.
It is to submit that my leave request for the period 29-07-2013 to
31-07-2013 was not sanctioned in view of AIGETOA strike notice during
the period. Consequently the salary was not drawn for the same
period. At present I request to submit that vide C.O. Ref letter cited
above the same period may be regularized by sanction of leave and
salary for the leave period may be drawn please.
Hence once again requested to consider the period as leave
salary may be drawn on early please.
