Feel free to throw on your cowboy hat and dress up as your best cowboy or cowgirl!!!!!
Participants will receive a finishers medal, T-shirt and a bag full of fun goodies!
Bag pick-up will be Thursday June 25h at the LaBarge Town Hall from 7am to 4pm OR the
morning of the race.
Registration table will open at 7:30am on June 27th. The race will start at the WYDOT parking lot.

Waiver Agreement
I hereby release, acquit, hold blameless and forever discharge the Town of LaBarge, the LaBarge
Recreation Board, the managers and volunteers of the Fourth of July 5K run, including each and all of each entities
officials, officers, staff, volunteers and agents from all claims, demands or causes of action at law or in equity
whatsoever arising from and growing out of any actions, injuries, damages or harms sustained by me or my

property by virtue of any participation in the Town of LaBarge 4 of July 5K Run including, but not limited to, any
preparation or recovery, as well as all claims, demands, or causes of action in law or in equity of any and all kinds
and characters that I or my heirs, executors, assigns or administrators now have or may have against the above
named entities.
I recognize and acknowledge that I understand that participation in a 5k Run is a strenuous and physically
demanding activity. I also recognize and acknowledge that I will be participating in the presence of other runners,
observers, spectators and staff. I am of sound mind and body and freely take these inherent risks upon myself.
I have read and fully understand the meaning and effect of this release and do hereby agree.
