    1.1 Lewis showed an excellent grasp of how to organise a recording plan, including all of the
    relevant details. He was highly organised and efficient and co-ordinating resources,
    personnel and worked within the schedule effectively.
    1.2 - Lewis has produced an excellent quality multi-track recording that was free from distortion
    from a live performance that demonstrates his very good grasp of the recording equipment
    used. He was highly effective in managing the team of technicians on the night that led to a
    smooth show with excellent audio recordings of the event.
    1.3 Lewis demonstrated his ability to effectively evaluate his strengths and areas for
    development showing his understanding of the recording process undertaken.
