I, Sarikonda Audhi Lakshmi W/o Late Kondama Raju, aged about 35
years, Hindu, resident of Nekunambadu Village & Cheemakurthi Mandal,
Prakasam District, do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:-

I am the petitioner herein and 1 st petitioner in the main O.P.

The 3rd petitioner is being minor, represented by me as natural guardian. The
O.P. is filed for compensation for the death of my Husband, who died in a
motor accident.

Later the same was decreed on 9-11-2002 in our favour.

By the date of filing O.P., the 3rd petitioner is being minor and represented
me as guardian. Now he attained majority completed age of 18 years and
he can be able to look after his litigations. I need not continue as guardian.

Hence it is prayed that this Honble Court may be pleased to discharge

from the guardianship of 3rd petitioner in the interests of justice, otherwise I
will be put to irreparable loss and injustice.
