I, Sarikonda Venkatapathi Raju S/o Late Kondama Raju, aged about
19 years, Hindu, resident of Nekunambadu Village & Cheemakurthi Mandal,
Prakasam District, do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:-

I am the petitioner herein and 3rd petitioner in the main O.P. The
O.P is filed for compensation for the death of my Father, who died in a
motor accident.

Later the same was decreed in our favour on

By the date of filing O.P I was being minor and my

Mother represented me as natural guardian.

Now I attained majority

completed age of 18 years and my 10 th Class Marks List (Xerox) is

filed herewith. The guardian need not continue.
Hence I pray that this Honble Court may be pleased to declare
me as major, since I have completed age of 18 years and attained
majority, otherwise I will be put to irreparable loss and injustice.
