    1.1 Michael showed a basic grasp of how to organise a recording plan including all of the
    relevant details. He displayed some organisational skills with resources and personnel and
    was able to work to a schedule.
    1.2 - Michael produced a basic multi-track recording through having a basic grasp of the
    recording equipment used. He was able to part manage the session in terms of time
    limitations and communication with personnel.
    1.3 Michael demonstrated his basic ability to list his strengths and areas for development.
