Description of how to implement in the class: Teacher will introduce the students to Cesar Chavez. After the
introduction the teacher will play a tutorial video on BrainPop as a whole group at the interactive whiteboard. After
watching the student will read up the Mr. Chavez in a small group activity. Student will be require to take notes for the
video and reading to be applied to an essay.
Then individually the students will write an essay of Cesar Chavez from the information obtain from the video and
reading. The students will be require to write page about Cesar Chavez life and his struggle for workers right. The
essay will be an assessment to see what knowledge was obtain from the video and reading.
