Preparation of visual aid and dry run and presentation of nutritional assessment

Proceedings:
A. Pre-conference
The team Leader of the day, Matt Arana, discussed the activities for the day such as
Home Visit, DBHS, Case finding/follow-up, Updating of files, preparation of visual aids
and dry-run information dissemination for the health education of Purok 4 & 5 and
ground working of potential leaders.

B. Home visit and DBHS

At around 9:00, the SN went for home visit and deliver basic health services on their
assigned purok. Noli and Myka went to purok 4, Melanie and Rosanna went to purok 5,
Mara and Estephanie went to purok 6, Clark,Matt, Ain, and Valerie went to purok 7.
