Under the provisions of AR 15-6, paragraph 5-5 and AR 600-8-24, notice is hereby given to appear before the Officer Field Board of Inquiry on 27 June 2013 at 0900 in the OSJA Conference Room, Building 32, on the first floor, Fort MeNair, DC. This board is to determine whether you should be eliminated from the U.S. Army for misconduct, moral or professional dereliction pursuant to AR 600-8- 24, paragraphs 4-2(b). The correspondence and supporting documentation recommending referral to the board are enclosed. 2. ‘The uniform for these proceedings will be the ACU uniform. Failure to appear before the board by willfully absenting yourself without good cause may result in you being discharged or retained in the service without personal appearance before the board. 3.
