Communist Manifesto
Karl Marx is the father of communism. His work the Communist Manifesto is the book
where he criticizes capitalism and outlines a new type of government/economy. Karl Marx
envisions a governmental system in which people dont suffer the exploitation of the bourgeoisie
in capitalism by making everyone equal and making it so that private property doesnt exist.
Marxs system has been recognized so much that it has actually been put into practice many
times.
Marx despised capitalism because of how oppressed the proletariat are by the
bourgeoisies. Marx said, The history of all hitherto existing society is the history of class
struggles (Marx). His attitude towards the current system is obvious. Because of his
dissatisfaction he came up with a what he believes a better system.
Hagels slave master idea is essential to Marxs proposed socioeconomic system.
Communism in a nutshell the slave master idea translated into communism with social, political
factors. When Marx wrote, "[The bourgeoisie] is unfit to rule because it is incompetent to assure
an existence to its slave within his slavery, because it cannot help letting him sink into such a
state, that it has to feed him, instead of being fed by him. Society can no longer live under this
bourgeoisie, in other words, its existence is no longer compatible with society" he explicitly
stated that it is the bourgeoisie are slaves to the workers. It all follows what Hagel has to say.
