property is due for maintenance
Due to recent legislation around the provision of water heaters, property owners
must:

Ensure that all water heating equipment is in safe, working order

Ensure that all water heating equipment complies with the new industry
health and safety standards set by the legislation
Ensure that all maintenance and replacement of units is completed by 31
December 2010.

In order to comply with the new legislation, the landlord requires access to the
