This instrument made and executed in Dasmarinas, Cavite on

NOLI A. YONGIS, Filipino, of legal age, with residence at
Gen. E. Aguinaldo Cavite, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR,
- and NOLI C. YONGIS JR., Filipino citizen, of legal age,
with residence at Gen. E. Aguinaldo Cavite, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDEE,
W I T N E S S E T H : That - WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the owner of a motor vehicle
particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is desirous to sell the above- said

motor vehicle together its franchise to the VENDEE who is likewise desirous
to purchase the same;
WHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing and
of the amount of TWO THOUSAND PESOS (P2,0000) receipt of which in
full is hereby acknowledged, VENDOR hereby sell, cede and transfer the
aforementioned vehicle to the VENDEES, his heirs, assigns, and successors.
