This poem reflects on the bittersweet nature of life, with its mix of brave new worlds under the old sky and vanilla dreams, as well as sins to pay for and convincing good people. The speaker floats above and swims underneath, dreaming of love but also watching what unfolds in disbelief.

Brave new world with the old sky
Sketching vanilla dreams No dirty thoughts to purify No false notes on these golden strings. We all are soldierssome of war Some of peace. We all got sins to pay for And good people to convince. Floating above Swimming underneath Dreaming of love Then watching in disbelief.
