Function
With this command you output short lists of the adjacent cells or certain adjace
nt cell parameters under a BTS or a SEG <option>.
Parameters
BTS identification , BTS name , SEG identification <option> , SEG name <option>
: adjacent cell index : mobile country code , mobile network code , location are
a code , cell identification , adjacent cell identification , adjacent cell name
, adjacent SEG identification <option> , adjacent SEG name <option> : BCCH freq
