Mission
Provides support for the regular
administrative and accounting tasks within
the Finance Section.
Each employee is responsible for the smooth running of his
or her section and for keeping his or her competences up to
date in line with the IOCs training policy.
In addition, each employee may be asked to take on
responsibilities other than those required by the job if
particular circumstances so require.

Main responsibilities
-

Performs technical and administrative tasks linked to the National Olympic Committees audit programme:
checking financial/accounting information in the files coming from the computer system, to prepare the
selection of NOCs; extracting and sending financial reports to the auditors; programme-related
correspondence with the various partners; and administrative follow-up of the files and audits.
Checks signatures, account charges, accounting and filing of the supplier invoices and accounting
records.
Inputs till receipts and checks bank accounts.
Handles DTA payments.
Assists the section in various accounting and administrative tasks.

Education; language and IT competences


-

CFC training or equivalent in an accounting/finance department (input and various operations).


Knowledge of the fiduciary area/auditors office is an advantage.
English mother tongue, with good knowledge of French. Spanish is an advantage.
Familiarity with ORACLE desirable.
Familiarity with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
